My stay at the hotel was truly a lovely experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a quiet haven. The staff always went the extra mile, even delivering fresh cookies or treats in the evening, which was a delightful touch. The only downside was the lighting, which could be challenging for those with poor eyesight, but a floor lamp was quickly provided upon request.

The service was top-notch, especially with our kids. The staff, particularly Rob, the Assistant Manager at the Restaurant by the big pool, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their care and attention made our stay very relaxing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I loved the Nespresso machine provided. The service was exceptional, with a very welcoming and accommodating staff, especially Prime who assisted us during our stay. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to Alona Beach. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with plenty of choices, even for vegetarians.
